Cannot see product categorys in segmentation even though upload succesfull and visible in SAP MC

Hi there,

I am attempting to upload product categorys via CSV upload (we cannot use OData right now) and I would like to see it visible in Segmentation. The upload is succesfull but the message received is 'No data' when i look in the segmentation attributes to select product category

If i go to 'Manage interests' orI can see the product categorys but cannot see it in Segmentation. Is anyone able to help?

Hi Asif,

If you want to see the product categories in segmentation you also need interaction linked with (interaction) products 🙂

But for uploading those you should need OData API aswell.
