Cannot preview PDF - C4C

Dear all,

This is an issue I have when I try to generate survey summary in a Visit. Instead of a printed form of survey is display, the mesage below is pop-up.

"No PDF found.

XML transformation failed
Output Service processing error
Mandatory parameter form xml data is missing."

Have anyone have a solution for this?

Hi Phát,

This error usually occurs if you have added a custom field or an extension field in the form template and data stored in one of the fields is exceeding the maximum length of the data type. Please reduce the number of characters in the field, then the form will work as expected
