Hi everyone,
in SAP Marketing Cloud I can see some tiles which show the error "Cannot load tile". Is there a way to find out, which apps are the ones that cannot be loaded? So I want to see if it is an app that's deprecated or another one for example.

What it the best way to solve that issue? For other users the tiles are shown correctly.

Hi, this usually happens if you have a personalised group (e.g. because of reordering the tiles) containing refs to tiles which aren't in any of your catalogs anymore, most likely because of deprecations. A reset of the group should clean them up.

Hi Tobias
I will suggest that you raise an incident with SAP so that they can investigate the issue internally.

Hi,
Not sure if I can help you with an exact solution but there a way to find out which application might be causing the issue. You can do a right-click on the tile and choose "Inspect". Locate <li> tag and here you should be able to find Business Catalog responsible for the tile associated.
Once. you have this then you might want to check out the catalog and see which apps you have access to and which you can't access.
If this would have been a Marketing OnPrem system then we could simply go to /n/UI2/FLPD_CUST and get the exact name but since it is a cloud system I don't know any better way of pulling this information.

Haha...Funny enough but this could be the case. However, in my personal opinion, whenever SAP deprecates some or other catalog then they should have some cleanup jobs running at the backend which should take care clean up of the old catalog so that end-user do not end up seeing such error in UI. You can reach out to SAP support and confirm with them if this is the case.
DMB1_PC was deprecated long time ago. You need to migrate your business role so that DMB1_PC gets replaced with DMB2_PC. In most cases this happens automatically during upgrade, but DMB1_PC was exempted by purpose. Should also be part of the upgrade guide.
@Saurabh Kabra:
We would have to delete or modify the users personalised groups which might not be what customers want us to do. They can trigger it on their own by resetting such groups.
Ho Tobias,
I am not sure of the back ground of your problem. What happen when you click on the tile with the error ? Can you click on the tile and select the 4th icon (next to the bell) on top right hand side and from there select " About " ? Maybe that can provide you some information.
