Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.processes' with unique index

Hi Team,

We are seeing multiple occurrence of below error, while running the business process,

• Order Process
• Sending Email

Looking at code to generate the business code is always unique.

And this issue occurs randomly where background processing involved.

Any clue on this is much appreciated.
