is there any check or control that forbidding CRMD_ORDER to delete an item?
the whole document is totally in Open status and there is no error in its header and user statuses, but once clicking on delete button on the target item 200 and press save.
item 200 will come back again.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi, you'll need to check your customizing. Maybe there's also an action defined in the action profile which generates an item.

There is a subsequent document created from this item. There was a kind of 'transaction history' of the item itself but not visible to most of us. I asked other colleagues for help and they can still see this assignment block in Item page. 🙂
Check your authorizations... maybe it's different in production. You can check in production with tcode SU53.
