Cancel receipt print

Hi

we develop a self checkout mode, in this mode we hide all buttons and the customer can only scan items and pay, to make sure there is no item left on the screen, everytime the customer leaves the customer checkout in the middile of the sale we do a cancel receipt, the problem is that in each cacelation a cancel receipt is printed, how can I disable cancel receipt printing?

Hi Nir,
you need to change the configuration of the print template if you don't need the print out of cancelled receipts.
In your CCO system, go to Configuration -> Hardware -> Print Templates.

Please see the enclosed screenshot, the option value has to be changed from true to "false".
