Can you customize the C4C email response template category?

Hi, I would like to know if I am able to customize the email response template category in C4C.

We want to change the names of the template categories for determining the type of templates, for example, Customer Templates, Internal Templates, Product Information Templates.

Hi Charmaine,

Please create a query while editing the Master Layout

  1. Click in Adapt
  2. Edit Master Layout
  3. Select a desired search criteria and run the query
  4. Click on Save Query
  5. Click on Adapt
  6. Click on End Layout Changes

Hi,

In standard we do not have option to create multiple categories for templates. However, you can use advanced search and save the queries.

You can use adaptation(KUT) and save the query, which will be visible for all the users
