Can we make Accounts invisible in Account hierarchy in C4C.

Hi I want make invisible in obsolete status accounts in the account hierarchy in Accounts.

These accounts are not created in C4C they are coming from ECC system and here we are making obolete by clicking on actions.

Can we make invisible that obsolete accounts in the hierarchy.

Hi Bunny,

Unfortunately, there is no provision in configuration to hide them based on status.

You could either implement Neeraj's suggestion and delete the obsolete ones in C4C. Alternately, you could try implementing some sdk code to hide the obsolete ones.
