Can we have an approval process for Routing Plan in SAP Sales Cloud

Dear SAP,

Whenever a new routing plan is created they want sales representatives to submit it for an approval to their respective managers.

How can we achieve this functionality in sap sales cloud ?

Please let me know if this can be achieved or else suggest any work around solution for this.
