Hi,
in my SAP mkt Cloud system, there are currently 70 users like "_SAPI324515" which I assume come from when SAP Support logs in to solve incident tickets. They are all "locked".
I can't seem to find a way to delete them.
They clutter the list of technical users, e.g. sometimes interface users get locked and I go to that list to unlock them, but need to scroll through all the SAP Support users first...
Is it possible somehow to delete them?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi vervinckt.joyca,
I understand the issue, I think it's possible to delete with the ADMIN role, else you can contact us.
best regards,
Kunal

I did see meanwhile those users have a different user type, so I made a default, publicly available screen view to filter them out.
Though in general, it would be better if SAP Support could either re-use their logins, or clean them up after using them...

Hi kunalkumar.bansal ,
I think Joyca is right and it is only possible to Lock or Unlock the Technical Users that are created by the customer itself. I tried in our system but the SAP Support Users can't even be edited.
