Can we create multiple complaints simultaneously from an excel sheet in SAP CRM WEBUI?

Dear Expert,

We are having one client requirement to create multiple complaints from an excel sheet in SAP CRM WEBUI. We searched for various BAPIs/FMs but did not find the suitable one.

So, is it possible though enahancement?

If yes, then please explain how can we achieve the same.

in the community, which creates activities from a excel sheet. You can use these report as pattern and adapt these with the CRM Complaint object and supply the required structures.

With F.M.CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN (which calls CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN_MULTI_OW for each CRM One-Order Object) you can create the required business transaction (in your case Complaint) in the CRM System.
