Can't send email from C4C

I can't send emails from our C4C. I've already checked the settings but unfortunately I don't receive any mails.

Hi Mahmud,

You have to maintain your domain in the domain field. For example, abc@xyz.com is the email, The domain name would be xyz.com. Please maintain this settings and then try to send the email.

Hi Mahmud, I could see you have maintained the whole ID "mahmud.karoch@xyz.com" like this. This is not correct. Please maintain only your company domain name. For example "xyz.com", replace xyz with your company domain. To be simple, copy paste all the characters following @ in your email id, that is your company domain name.
