Can't duplicate data from opportunity to quote, when creating quote from opportunity

Dear expert,

here in C4C , when i creating sales quote from opportunity, the previous data I have entered before can't be duplicated automatically to the new quote.

I have checked in another tenant and in the tenant, the data was duplicated. is there any configuration missing?

Dear Rindang,

Please ensure that the Opportunity is consistent by maintaining missing Information appropriately .

For Example , the Opportunity should have currency maintained , Account/ Individual Customer has no sales Data and Inactive involved parties are used.

All necessary data should be maintained and the document has Consistency Status: Consistent .
