Can't do new settings in Manage Your Solution after change project execution

Hello everyone,

I have create a change project in quality tenant of the marketing cloud. And the settings are available in the productive system. Everything is fine.

But now I can't still do anything in Manage Your Solution in quality system. The title in the app is current "Project Name: No Changes in Progress" and the phase means, "Your System is Being Prepared. Your service team will inform you as soon as your system is ready.".

In productive tenant is the status of phase "Deploy".

The ticket to the SAP is closed.

Did I forgot to take a step? Or do I have to take another adjustment?

After the update my Manage Your Solution in normal status.

Hi Lisa,

This is probably due to the quarterly upgrade.

The test tenant got upgraded this past weekend.

There's always a freeze on changes a few days before the upgrade; see the info on upgrade schedule from the SAP Marketing Cloud help page or on https://www.sap.com/documents/2017/01/78d5e2d7-a27c-0010-82c7-eda71af511fa.html.

Also the coming two weeks you can't push anything to production, as production is upgraded later.

thank you for your answer.

We already had the problem some time before the update. It probably wasn't related to the update yet.

But you're right, we have to wait for the whole update now.
