Dear all,
I'm facing a situation with a customer that uses discount groups with negative %, so in Sap Business One when that negative percentage is related it increases the price of the item, so when I try to check how is the behaviour with the synchronization with CCO, it synchronizes without a problem, I checked the log file, but when I try to check a customer that belongs to the customer group I’ve created the discount and it doesn’t do anything, it doesn’t increase the price as in the ERP Sap Business One does.
I know how crazy it sounds to use a discount to increase the price but is it possible to work around in CCO as I can only set one price list as default and the customer doesn’t want to change the price list depending on the type of the client, as this could be too manual?
Thanks in advance for any kind of idea!

Hello npinzon
Negative discounts are syncronised correctly to CCO, but do not seem to have any effect. In the backend there is an option to accept negative discounts. In Quick Service mode it seems not to be possible to enter negative discounts at all - also manually. In Retail Mode at least a manual negative discount is possible.
So from my point of view this should be supported. Therefore I would suggest you to open an incident.
An other possibility could be by plugin.
Best Regards
Klaus
