Can Scores be used in email conditions?

Hi all,

Is it somehow possible to use Scores (made with the Score Builder) in conditions in an email?

I think not, because I tried:

- marking ALL the "client applications" that were available in the score builder

- going to Segmentation Configuration, to the datasource generated by the score, and trying to mark "available for Export" but it said this datasource cannot be edited by that application

But just in case I maybe missed some setting, I'm double checking with you guys in the community first, before creating an Influence Idea for this 🙂

Hi Joyca,

I don't think this is possible at the moment. Never used it but based on your description (just verified it) I'm not aware of anything else that you could do to make the scores usable in the Conditions.

But I like the idea, would get my vote! 🙂
