can not have product recommendation in email campaign

when creating block based campaigns, the product recommender does not provide any products.

In the development stage we do not have much web view events, how can I have product recommendation from recently viewed?

For Recently Viewed recommendation logic, the system will only show exact items last viewed by the visitor and will use Mail Personal based on recent browsing activity and purchase history.

Therefore if the contact does not have any browsing history registered, the recommendation logic is not able to provide any recommendations.

In order to use Recently Viewed is necessary to have product view history for the widget to work accordingly. 

Please notice that the recommendation Recently Viewed take into consideration only those individual views and purchases that happened in the last 30 days. Contacts who haven't viewed or purchased a product for 30 days may receive a recommendation of a product they have never browsed or purchased.
