can not add a new customer in check out

SAP CCO Release: 2.0 FP08 PL12 - Version: 2.8.18

when i am going to add a new customer in CCO after i fulfill all the data and click save this error appear

(cloud not create /update the following customer the data couldn't send massage)

The communication between the CCO and SAP B1 is not working.
Please, review your settings under the integration tab, also check if the path is maintained correctly.

Are you able to access the B1if?

If the issue is still happening, share with us the screenshot of your settings under Configuration > Integration > SAP Business One

i am connect with sap portal and they restart the connection between cco and sap and the problem solved

Hello Mohamed,

Please, check if the communication between SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Business One is working fine.

In the CCO, go to Configuration > Integration > SAP Business One and test the connection

In case you were able to solve it, may I ask you to share what was the solution, this may be useful for other members of our community. In the past I saw similar topics reported due to network issues.
If the issue is still open, then, can you provide more information like the error log?
