Can new features from SAP Upgrades be deactivated?

Hello,

with the 2105 Upgrade there will be new fields (priority, qualification, category) available in lead campaigns.

Is it possible to not activate those three new fields and "hide" them? If so, how can this be done?

thanks for your instant feedback. I would be interesting for us to understand why you want to hid the newly introduced fields as they control major aspects of the integratation for lead management? Can you give us more details about this?

Hi Josef,

our clients have decided not to work with the qualification hot, cold, warm; therefore these fields are not shown in our Sales Cloud - they are hidden. Consequently, input fromthese new fields will also not be shown in the sals Cloud and will most probably cause confusion on clients' side.

My colleague however told me that these fields can be configured in the production system once it has been released. So is it possible to 1) change the wording in the drop down or 2) delete the values from the drop down so it's empty?

It would be great to know so we can further discuss with our clients.

Can you also clarify the comment in this help article "Priority: The list of possible priorities is taken from the connected system and the chosen priority is used in the created tasks."

Are we able to influence the list of priority values in Marketing Cloud? We have used code list restrictions to limit the list of values in Sales Cloud.

Hi Valeska,

as per my knowledge this is not possible at the moment.

Maybe you might create an improvement request to make that available via the Adapt UI functionality. Would get my vote.
