Can Lead be created in SAP Marketing Cloud ?

Hi Experts ,

Is there any way leads can be created in SAP Marketing Cloud ?. Is there any such capability in the SAP Marketing Cloud so that we can create leads in the marketing and then transfer it to other system ?

Hello Rashmi,

You can create the Lead in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM, but you cannot do so in SAP Marketing Cloud as per standard design.

Hi kunalkumar.bansal ,

Thanks for your reply . Yes i have gone through the standard docs and integrated also for lead transfer/lead creation in the sales system(CRM/C4C) . I just wanted to check on the capability of the stand alone system .

It's always mandatory to have a sales system(SAP /Non SAP) to get leads created there ? and Marketing can only provide contacts for whom lead can be created ?

Please correct me if i am wrong on my above statements !!
