Hi All,
I have a customer with four business units and one tenant. There will be four marketing teams using SAP Marketing Cloud. Each marketing team via Marketing area should only be able to access contacts and accounts that are customers that relate to their own business unit. Occasionally customers/Accounts will be customers to more than one business unit.
I have been researching a solution and the best I can find is that this division can be achieved via country. My client only operates in one country so I was thinking of associating countries to business units and then at the contact and account level. I'm hoping there is a better solution.
Can anyone please advise.
