Can I queue email that are excluded with exclusion rules or filter?

Hi All,

We are creating multiple recurrent campaigns and we would like to avoid overlapping between them and enable some sort of queuing of emails.

Example:

Monday:

Trigger Birthday Campaign + Reminder T+3 (Thursday)

Wednesday:

Trigger Campaign Churn + Reminder T+1 (Thursday)

I want to know if I can decide that birthday campaign can have priority over churn campaign and instead of have two reminders the same day I can move one reminder to the next day or week.

Hi Gabriele,

Unfortunately, we don't have such a concept to prioritize. You can use the send parameter to control when some an email is sent. See Advanced Scheduling in the online documentation Scheduling Campaigns - SAP Help Portal.

You can also explore using the custom logic using the BAdI Suppression Rules Check. See Custom Logic - SAP Help Portal > Filter the table under BAdI name.
