I want to host hac & hmc on different ports for security reasons. Please suggest if it is doable in Hybris configuration. Here website(storefronts) will be hosted on 9001(http) & 9002(https) ports. Can hac & hmc be hosted on ports like 8008?

There is no security to be gained. Better have your webservers or loadbalancer direct or block request to the various web contexts as needed.

The current roadmap (hopefully later this year?) has a planned 'Advanced Deployment and Clustering' task with the ability to select which extensions and webapps are available and deployed per node.

I dont think this is doable in hybris. Only thing I can think of is to create 2 hybris nodes, one for storefront & one for hac/hmc. You can then configure load balancer to redirect requests to respective nodes based on context.
