I have a form with several input fields where some fields apply only if a contact selects some options earlier while filling it.
Can I hide or make non mandatory an input field following the contact behaviour?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Alessandro,
unfortunately this "dynamic" behavior as per my knowledge is still not possible with standard forms in SAP Marketing Cloud.
Therefore you need to host your form externally (so that you can adjust the JS code and so on) and integrate it with SAP Marketing Cloud.
Last year the feature "Progressive Profiling" was introduced: https://blogs.sap.com/2021/08/04/progressive-profiling-in-forms/
Using that one you can ask for more information about your contact when he comes to your Landing Page / Form for the next time. Maybe that covers some of your requirements. But as said, a dynamic adaption of the Form is not possible as far as I know

Hi alessandroventuri,
I think in standard this only works if the contact comes from a MC email. Via the OutboundID it is possible to identify the contact (like it works for the first time if you use the "prefill forms" option).
