can custom profiling attributes like annual purchase level (high, medium and low etc depending on the number of purchases made by customer) or customer buying propensity (product affinity) be created in emarsys based on the historic engagement data?

When you join Emarsys, we sit down with you to define your eRFM settings, which will immediately create customer lifecycle cohorts from your existing customer base - active customers, first-time buyers, leads, defecting customers and inactive customers.
You can then use these cohorts, and a wide range of other engagement and purchase attributes, to gain insights into the buying habits, product affinity and other characteristics of whatever contact segment you desire.
