Can I create a new Web Channel Campaign template myself? If so, how?

Hi Sindy,

Unfortunately, there is no 'explicit' way to create so called Web Channel Campaign template in Emarsys UI.

But, there is a workaround if you want to create your web channel template, you can first create a concrete web channel campaign, then use the 'copy' button to create other campaigns from it (in this way, this new created campaign is used as a template to some extent).

Yes, it's possible. On the Web Channel page, first you need to click Create Campaign, then click Create Blank Campaign on the Create Campaign page. Here you need to select the campaign type you would like to create. You can find more information in the documentation: Creating a blank campaign.

Yes you can, using the "Block based template".

And then you can use those templates to create campaigns directly.
