Can customers deposit money in SAP Customer Checkout?

Hello,

is it possible to customers to deposit money without purchasing anything? This deposit would then be used by customers to pay for purchases in the future. Can this be achieved with SAP Customer Checkout?

Hi,

We do not support creating deposits without any sales item.

For SAP BusinessOne only, we support fetching Paid Down Payments, or Payment on Account (basically existing Deposits) and use it for Payments.

However we support selling Gift Cards and maybe a Giftcard can be created when deposits are made and later the customer can use these GiftCards for payments - Just an idea.
