can chinese Users see the international Address Version as standard?

Hello,

we are currently in preparation to rollout C4C to our users in China.

Is it possible that for a chinese user the international address version is shown as standard instead of the latin one?

Hi Andreas,

Name and Postal address are shown in the default script/version which is in most of the cases Latin.

An additional column showing the name and postal address as well in another script/version isn't possible in the standard because the name and address might be maintained in different scripts/versions, so it would not be possible to know which one to use.

Via PDI a workaround could be implemented: Copy via PDI determinations of
the value of name + address maintained in a different script (In your case, Chinese) to extension fields and add these extension fields as columns in the Account OWL.
