Hello,
I'd like to know if it is possible to achieve the following scenario in SAP Customer Checkout.
When a receipt is posted, the receipt is not printed automatically, but the cashier gets a prompt and he can select from a range of different print options for the receipt, which then will be executed. Would it possible that the cashier can select if the receipt should be printed physically (e.g. A4 receipt) or send via email to the customer, or even do both at the same time?
Best regards,
Cornelius
Request clarification before answering.
Hello,
In the standard solution right now emailing of receipts and decisions on the fly for printing is not supported.
However it might come in future releases.
We also support Digital Receipt so that a QR code is displayed in the customer display which a customer can scan to download or view her/his receipt.
We support that normal prints in 80mm, and reprint in A4. Also other things like when amount <= 100 Euros then 80mm and when amount > 100 euros then A4.
Hope it helps.
