Can B1 version 8.8 be integrated with Sales Cloud?

A client wants to integrate their B1 solution with C4C. We have the documentation for integrating B1 version 9.2 but we can't find information on whether or not its possible to integrate B1 version 8.8 to C4C. Any help?

Hi Jeffrey,

8.8 is too long out of support, so that is why documentation will be hard to come by. However, for most automation / integration purposes there shouldn't be much difference between 8.8 and newer versions.

I would recommend that you either convince your customer to upgrade to the newest B1 version, which they should anyway, as 8.8 has compatibility issues with Windows 10, or test it yourself by creating a bare bone integration, according to the documentation for 9.2 (as much as possible obviously).
