Can appointments be created from a ticket in SAP C4C?

Hello Everyone.

One of our implementations required to create a service appointment when a customer contacts the call center. Hence, for this incoming request for service appointment, a ticket needs to be created first and then an appointment should be created and assigned to the ticket.

But, I could not find the appointments section in the Activities facet of ticket.

Can you kindly confirm how can I create an appointment from a ticket or create an appointment and assign it to the ticket.

Kindly suggest a solution to the query.

Hello Vishwas,

The functionality of Appointment through ticket is not supported and hence there is no appointment section within Activities facet of Ticket.
