Can a coupon be partially redeemed?

Hi there

With the new coupons, we're testing a scenario where the order total is £15 and we redeem a published coupon that has a value of £25. The accelerator is reporting that the coupon has been successfully applied but the order value has not been discounted by £15 and still indicating the order total is £15 - is it not possible to partially redeem a coupon?

There is no OOTB functionality to partially redeem a coupon. It can only apply a full discount as configured in the related promotion. You will have to custom build the required feature.
