Campaigns: Transfer Campaigns to Sales Job in SAP Marketing cloud

Hi Experts,

I have to transfer the campaigns to c4c from marketing . There is a job in marketing cloud "Campaigns: Transfer Campaigns to Sales" . I have noticed that if the job is not scheduled , the campaign do get transfers to c4c . Any idea on this behaviour !!

Is it mandatory to have this job scheduled to transfer the campaigns to c4c.

Not necesarry to have the job running, by default job runs to do so.

Hi,

If I am not wrong, Job "Campaigns: Transfer Campaigns to Sales" is basically used for making the initial load/transfer of Campaigns from Marketing to C4C. CUAN_LM_TRANSFER_CAMPAIGNS used to do this as part of the OnPrem marketing system.

Also as you already said campaign can still be transferred to sales even without this job that is because the campaign listener job is still running/executing the campaign. So it is not mandatory job to be scheduled in SMC, as per my knowledge.
