Campaign replication from Marketing Cloud to C4C

Hi Experts ,

I want to transfer campaign from marketing cloud to C4C . I have created the communication arrangement SAP_COM_0017 and have ticked the export campaign functionality . I am using the certificate based authentication . After configuring the outbound communication in the arrangement , i downloaded the certificate and have uploaded it the CPI trust . I am creating a campaign in the marketing the message is not reaching the CPI .

Am i missing any steps here ?

Hi,

double check that the path you maintained in the communication scenario for the outbound service is the same as maintained in CPI. Should look something like that:

https://CPI-Tenant/cxf/yMKT/C4C/CampaignReplicationNotification_Out

But it seems that there is another problem if you're always getting 403...

Hi Tobias,

Yes it was silly mistake in CPI . it was user roles based there and in MKT it was certificate based .

Did you check if you have scheduled application job "Campaigns: Transfer Campaigns to Sales" as mentioned in HELP HERE?

Hi kabras ,

Yes , we have tried that job also . We have client's SSO on top of marketing cloud identity provider . we are getting 403 error when we are trying to reach to mkt from CPI and same while trying to reach CPI from mkt . Is this because of the SSO ?
