Campaign integration of SAP MKT cloud with C4C

Hi Experts,

As per standard process flow in the RDS for integration of campaign with c4c and sap marketing cloud , the request will come from c4c to sap marketing cloud and the campaign information will go from sap marketing cloud to c4c.

What exact information is going from marketing to c4c? Where it will be stored in c4c ? How the request is triggered from c4c to marketing ?

Any idea on the scenario and process flow .

Regards

Rashmi

Hi Rashmi,

I think you are referring to the following scenario:
https://help.sap.com/viewer/dae01e0792bb41c8b9da3731d3a8b86a/1905/en-US/bf7506a608ea4b17b3048c513f68...

This scenario is making use of the following iFlow:
https://api.sap.com/integrationflow/com.sap.scenarios.ymkt2c4c.campaignreplication

If you look at the iFlow and the data that is transferred, it is more the replication of some basis campaign meta data (name, start date, end date, status, ...).

What is your actual business requirement you want to achieve? Would the replication of simple campaign data add value for you?

Please mark your question as answered, if my comment helped.

Best Regards,
Frederik

Hi,

I actually have a related question.

We set up the campaign integration in our Test system.

When a campaign in Marketing Cloud gets released, it gets replicated to Sales Cloud. It can be viewed in the "Campaigns" menu of Sales Cloud. And on an individual contact on the "campaigns" tab. (I don't know of any triggers that go from Sales to Marketing though for campaigns. For Business Partners, new BP's and updates to BP's are sent to SAP Marketing).

However,

SAP Documentation sais on https://help.sap.com/viewer/0f9408e4921e4ba3bb4a7a1f75f837a7/1902.500/en-US/8d45e57ab99543dc94aa54bf... :

Display of e-mail on browser:

In SAP Cloud for Customer, the sales representative can display individual emails including personalization attributes that are sent to a contact via a marketing email campaign. That is, as a sales representative you have the same view on the emails as the addressee. So, you are enabled to trigger suitable further sales actions.

Navigation to SAP Marketing:

In SAP Cloud for Customer, the replicated campaign with the addressed contacts or account is displayed. As a sales representative, you can navigate to: Contacts and accounts in marketing Campaign in marketing

For the e-mail display we found that there's a column that can be made visible for this in the Campaigns tab on the contact person.

However, the part "the replicated campaign with the addressed contacts or account", I can't seem to find on the campaign in Sales Cloud where the list of addressed contacts is... nor can I see a url to this campaign in Marketing Cloud.

If you would happen to find how to display the addressed contacts, that would be great 🙂
