Campaign Execution Threshold in SAP Hybris 1702 (On Primise)

Hi Experts

Can anyone please confirm what is the maximum threshold of Campaigns sent from Hybris Marketing 1702 (on premise) per day total across all channels like SMS, Emails, Facebook etc.

Are you asking about the number of email/sms or the number of Campaigns which can be executed?

How many campaigns are you executing or planning to execute?

Also, are you experiencing any performance issue or something?

I am asking for the number of Email / SMS which we can trigger through campaign. The reason why I am asking this is because our system becomes quite slow when we execute the SMS Campaign with TG base > (say 2 million). I just want to check what is the Threshold of SAP Hybris System and how is it possible to improve the SMS/ Email Transfer rate from yMkt system.

Punit,

I would not know of any threshold - the limit in case of emails is rather determined by your system ressources (application servers and the work processes the servers provide as email execution is parallelized) + your email seriver providers limits (ie. 200mails/s).

Thanks for your reply. There is no issue from the Service Provider limit. Whatsoever SMS are uploaded to their FTP are sent to end users in few minutes only. Our main concern is the limit of uploading files from yMkt System to the Service Provider FTP. It takes really long to send TG from yMkt to Service Provider FTP only.

I agree this is related to system resources but i just wanted to know (may be with your past experience) what is the normal file transfer rate from ymkt to Service Provider FTP.
