Dear All,
Ive got what it seems it must be a simple question, but it's become a headache since suppression rules app was deprecated.
I want to limit the execution of a specific campaign to 1 time a year per any contact. That is to say, I don't want any contact to receive the same campaign more than once per year. I assume this configuration is feasible in SAP Marketing Cloud, but I can't figure it out...
Any help on this would be much appreciated! 🙂
Thanks in advance for your collaboration!

Hi,
You can do this in two ways:
1. By the means of "Communication Categories" if enabled for your campaign
2. Else you can make use of BADI: "Suppression Rules Check" under context "Marketing: Permission". Here you can write your custom logic to avoid the execution of campaign
More information about thsi BADI can be found her: https://blogs.sap.com/2019/10/30/suppression-rules-app-deprecation-in-1911-and-alternatives/
Thanks
Saurabh
