Campaign Error Notification

Hello!

What are the differences between "one of the recipients" and "all the recipients" when we create a step in the workflow campaign error notification and choose users?

Thank you!

Hi Alena,

I confirm Tobias' answer. In an approval workflow, this option defines if a first approval is enough, or if all users must approve. For the campaign error notification, the workflow is used to send notifications and no approval is necessary. So either option can be selected and the result will be the same: all specified users will receive the notification about a campaign error.

Brigitte

Hi Alena,

in my opinion that does only make sense when using a campaign approval workflow.

So to choose if a campaign has to be approved by one or all of the recipients. I'm not aware of any use case for that functionality concerning an error notification.

But maybe someone else can clarify.
