Campaign directed to partners

Hello,

we would like to create campaigns directed to the partners in the system. These partners have supporting roles in our system however they will never become leads or customers.

Is there a way to create target groups that include the partners?

Hi,

What do you mean by partners? Is it a custom business object OR custom defined role OR is it just a local term for standard Business Partner/Customer/Contact/Account/Employee?

If it is a custom BO then it cannot be targeted ysing campaigns/ But if it is part Business Partner object then you can use campaigns to target them.

Its not a custom business object i mean the partners that can be managed in the partners work center.

When i create a target group it is only possible to select a contact or a privae customer. How do i select a partner contact. When i select contact can i also select a partner contact?

hmmm...I never used Partner or Partner Con tacts hence not sure if this is possible
