Cameras Issue in SAP Customer Checkout

Currently, we have an issue when our client wants to use a USB camera and at the same time they have a printer working on the same POS system, in this case, the camera is not able to be initialized if Customer Checkout is running as you can see in the picture, so, they have to close Customer Checkout and after that is possible to use the camera. Does anybody know if this problem can be supported by SAP? or if there is any workaround?.

Maybe you can try to block the camera access for CCO while it is showing?
