Caller ID does not show contacts information at Android/iOS

Hello,

I am trying to use Caller ID function, but it didnt work, i applied the following items step by step.

1-) Enabled Caller ID function at Administrator -> General Settings -> Mobile Settings

2-) Allowed settings from iOS/Android via Settings->Phone->Call Blocking & Identification-> Allow Cloud4CustEx

Then With the number registered in the my contacts, I called my own phone for testing, but the information is not displayed when the call comes in.

Same for me, not working on iPhone and Android.
