Call center functionalities

I have some questions regarding CCO in hospitality mode.

Does CCO support call center functionalities.

Here is an example. Restaurant XYZ has twenty location with a centralized call center, One customer calls the call center to place an order, and then the call center agent dispatch the order to the appropriate location to prepare the order and deliver it to the client, and also the order is assigned to a particular driver for delivery.

Is this scenario possible with CCO or is it on the Roadmap?

Dear farhath ,

this is not in scope at the moment.

we are thinking about developing a connector for
a) Connection to ERP systems
b) Distributing messages and orders within CCO landscape
