Call an external URL from IC and pass data to it thru HTTP POST

Hi,

I need to call an external URL from CRM IC and pass some values to it. When agent clicks on the button a new window should open up( i have the URL) with some values populated like email, name etc.,

I read thru the forums here and found out that I need to use HTTP POST method. How can achieve it.
