Calculate Date Range of Close Date and display in one column of Report in C4C

Hi Experts,

We have one business requirement to create custom report on "Opportunity Pipeline" datasource and display the report as graphical manner. In this requirement, we have to group close date and this report should be displayed on a bar graph that can be used to filter the data each bar graph for 0-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90 +.

0-30 (Close Date in the next 30 Days): This includes all in process opportunities that have close dates in the past or the next 30 days

31-60 (Close Date is 31-60 days from today): This include in process opportunities

61-90 (Close date is 61 - 90 days from today): This include in process opportunities

90+ (Close date is greater than 90 days from today): This include in process opportunities

Is there any possibility in C4C to group Date range in report. Please suggest.

Hi,

Currently it is not possible to include a Date field(if declared of type characteristic) in Custom Key Figure. Hence you need to first convert your desired date field into Key Figure. This can be done uisng SDK as given in https://blogs.sap.com/2016/04/22/use-date-data-type-field-as-key-figure-in-analytics/.

Once done then just created a joined data source, create report and a Key figure as shown:
