Hi Experts,
How SAP Hybris Service Cloud can be used to manage an in-house repair process ?
1. Start from a service ticket/request
2. Return parts/equipment.
3. Repair them (Refurbishment process)
4. Update the inventory with the refurbished equipment/item that is the item is NOT to be returned to customer but will be with company's(own) warehouse.
Kindly advice on approach to achieve the above.
Also, let us know if this is expected to come in future releases.

SAP Provide in C4C Service what can be used to handle this process. it is called Complaint Management. Please read below :
in Complaint management, you can search for the Sales Order and select the defected item which will be created in Ticket.
