C4C Workflow rule Webservice error HTTP code 500

Hello Experts,

Can you please confirm if we can call the REST API via the Workflow Rule ( action = messaging )?

I configured the mashup webservice where i need to post to the Qualtrics API.

And I used the above Mashup serivce id in the Workflow rule.

So when my worklfow is triggered I am getting an below message "The gateway returned an error while sending the message. HTTP Code 500.". So how can i check the logs in detailed about this 500.

I tested in POSTMAN same URL and it works there. So the issue is not related to the URL or credentials.

HTTP 500 generally means that something went wrong on the server side, so try to check on Qualtrics side if you can find the detailed error logs.
