Hello experts,
I have a request to create a new Workflow Rule in order to update a specific field in Accounts, whenever the account is actually a prospect(role) a certain field should be set to a specific value.
My issue is that the field which i have to update, "Distribution Channel" is not available in the list, therefore the question is, is there a way to add this field to the list? Or this can be only achieved by opening a ticket?

Hi Manu,
Not all the fields will be exposed for workflow update action.
So as the field "Distribution Channel". As of now this field is marked as non editable.
For further information on this non editable field, you can create an incident as mentioned in previous thread. Probably the reasons for making it as non editable or possibility to include it in the Workflow Field Update actions will be revisited by the Product Management Team.
