Hi experts,
we established a DemandReplication from C4C via CPI to external scheduling system.
We acticated some skills in C4C and added them to the Ticket. Forwarding the "DemandReplication" we can't see any skills in the payload.
How can the required skills can be forwarded with the demand replication ?

To be honest, thanks to you I found out that you can also add skills directly at ticket level!
To reply to your issue, in the 1805 release preview for Service it is mentioned that the Demand Outbound interface has now (with 1805 release) been enhanced to include Ticket Item Skills.

Can you clarify how you added the skills in the ticket?
The skills are maintained at the registered product level so that is where you should be looking.
