Whatsapp Business is using REST API.
I was wondering if it is possible to create a custom web service, or a custom social media channel (hence a new communication scenario) to create a ticket and store messages in it without 3rd Party applications?
Which way is more suitable? Are there any examples or guides for it?
Request clarification before answering.

At the moment there is no possibility to integrate Whatsapp within Cloud for Customer.
