C4C web service monitor application error for material replication

Dear Team,

We tried to replicate Materials from SAP S/4HANA to SAP C4C through CPI,

we use two ways

1. Through SOAP and the Payload successfully reached C4C tenant but gives the below error in the web service monitoring

( ID type not provided for source ID )

2. Through IDOC and the Payload also successfully reached C4C tenant but gives the below error

( Combination of sales org. SO_XXX and distribution channel XX already exists )

we tried to identify the ID that missing in the first error but it did not help and we also tried to delete the combination of sales area in C4C but also did not work.

Were you able to solve the issue? Please let us know.

When I get errors on ID's i always check the Common tasks - Edit ID Mapping for Integration, to map all organisational elements like sales organisations.

Hi Marie,

Yes I solved the issue of the IDOC interface by filtering the segment of the sales data and it works.

for the issue of the SAOP interface, I found that the ID of the material not sent from S/4 HANA side so the error is logical but I can't solve this problem till now.
